These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KrushFlow's services, including but not limited to AI-powered marketing, website development, missed call text-back, and related digital marketing services.
KrushFlow provides AI-powered digital marketing and automation services for local businesses. Our services include website development, missed call text-back systems, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and related marketing solutions.
By engaging with KrushFlow through phone calls, text messages, or our website, you consent to receive communications from us related to our services. This includes:
You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, requesting removal during a phone call, or contacting us directly.
KrushFlow uses AI-powered assistants for certain communications, including outbound phone calls and text messages. Our AI assistants will always disclose their AI nature at the beginning of any conversation. Call recordings may be made for quality assurance purposes, with prior notification.
Service fees are as quoted during consultation. Setup fees are due upon agreement to proceed. Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
We strive to deliver services within the timeframes discussed during consultation. Delivery timelines depend on client responsiveness and the scope of work. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
All content, designs, and materials created by KrushFlow remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered materials for their business purposes.
KrushFlow provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, revenue increases, or search engine rankings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
KrushFlow maintains an internal Do Not Call list and honors all opt-out requests. If you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list, contact us at the information below or say "do not call" during any phone conversation.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly services may be canceled at the end of any billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
